Please allow for 7 days to fulfil your order and an additional 3-5 shipping days on priority shipping.
PLEASE NOTE, If you purchase during a pre-order, shipping times will differ and will likely take 4-8 weeks to be shipped. This is a general baseline, not an official shipping
Lost in the mail
Please note that we are NOT responsible for any packages that get lost at shipping or stolen packages. However, if something goes wrong during the shipping process,

At Mogul, we operate on a pre-order product basis to ensure that each of our products is crafted to meet your exact needs and preferences. Meaning your order gets produced after you place it. This approach allows us to minimize waste and provide you with high-quality, custom-made items. Once you place an order, it will be processed and shipped according to our current production schedule. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time based on the specific item you’ve selected. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we work diligently to deliver your order with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Which means we do NOT offer refunds! This is reflecting our commitment to producing custom, made-to-order products. This policy helps us manage resources effectively and ensures that each item meets our quality standards.
Damages and issues
*please thoroughly inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
(Please note that you might receive an item that is purposely ripped, teared, worn out and/or other distressing methods)
Exchange We don’t offer exchanges because all items sold are limited. If you have need to exchange for a different size, contact us personally at mogul5lbrand@gmail.com and we will review your request.
Refund Refunds may only be given to damaged products. However we are NOT responsible for any packages lost in the mail.

Washing
Graphics Tees: When washing our Direct To Garment
(DTG) graphic tees, turn shirt inside out
wash with cold water, wash with like colors. Preferably hang to air dry instead of dryer
Turn shirt inside out to Iron it as well.
